The home enjoys an enviable location, very close to all amenities: grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, bars, etc., as well as the vibrant nightlife that only the beautiful town of Villanova can offer.
Inside the home, you’ll be welcomed by comfortable, bright spaces furnished in a Mediterranean style with traditional Apulian elements. The living room features a sofa, a table with comfortable chairs, a TV, and newly installed air conditioning.
Through a door, you’ll have access to the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. For a good night’s sleep, you’ll have two bedrooms at your disposal: the first with a comfortable double bed; the second with two single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed if needed. Finally, to top it all off, there’s a very comfortable bathroom complete with a large shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
